Product Delivery Policy

Mode of delivery: SKYNET
Delivery days: Monday to Saturday, except public holiday.

West : RM7  *free delivery for purchase of RM150 above.
East : RM14
Outskirts, Island and Highlands: RM20
Overseas: in accordance with international postage rate and tariff.

Sales items are not applicable for free delivery conditions.

The purchaser is required to call or pick up the parcel personally at SKYNET, should the specific recipient is not reachable or representative of the recipient is not available when delivery.

Sometime Boutique is not responsible for any loss of parcel.

Local purchasers can trace your parcel status @ SKYNET online.
Oversea purchasers can check the delivery time frame @ POS online according to your zone.

All products are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).



Product Return & Exchange Policy

1. Seriously damaged product or defect in product. (imperfect quality, trousering, and colors are not accepted.)
2. Wrong purchase order, or wrongly delivered product.
3. Incorrect sizes of clothes, unsatisfied.

The purchaser shall inform Sometime Boutique through email within 3 days of product arrival should the purchaser wish to return the product. After investigation, we shall inform the purchaser of product return settlement within 24 hours of working day through email. The purchaser shall return the product within 7 days and Sometime Boutique would not respond to any overdue returned product. Returned product shall be in perfect condition. As for return item, we will refund the money within 3 working days after looking into the problems you mention. Email notification will be sent to purchaser upon money refund.

Sometime Boutique would not refund but item exchange.

Sometime Boutique is responsible for the transportation fee of any defective product or wrong delivered product.

The purchaser is responsible for the transportation fee of any exchange product.
